Hannah Schumacher Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based studio that designs and looks after websites for wedding businesses. For any question about this notice or your information, email us at hannah@hannahschumacherstudio.co.uk and we will help.
If you fill in our enquiry form, we collect only the details you choose to give us: your name, your business name, your email address, a telephone number if you provide one, your current website address, the type of work you do, and whatever you write in the message field.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this website.
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that work. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking first, and we will never sell or share your details with anyone for marketing purposes.
When you send us an enquiry, we process your details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and discussing possible work. If we go on to work together, we process them to perform our contract with you.
Your enquiry is handled on our behalf by our form provider, Formspree, and reaches us by email. These providers process the information only to deliver your message to us and do not use it for their own purposes. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. All of them are established providers with their own data protection safeguards.
Enquiries that do not lead to us working together are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to clients are kept for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, which is the period generally required for tax and accounting purposes.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we are using it. Just email us and we will deal with it promptly and without fuss.
If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
